IRRIGATION EVALUATION
Full irrigation evaluation includes:
Testing all zones- Inspecting Heads
- Locate leaks
- Set System Controls

SILVER PLAN
Basic monthly service includes:
- Professional cut with recycled clippings
- Lawn Enforcement precision edging
- Line trim around entire property
- Air Blow debris from paths
PLATINUM PLAN
Premium monthly service includes:
- Professional cut with recycled clippings
- Lawn Enforcement precision edging
- Line trim around entire property
- Air Blow debris from paths
- Hedge trimming
- Trimming palms under 15ft
- Preventive Weed spraying of landscape beds
***Provisions and Special Accommodations***
- Please note, fenced yards and corner lots require an ADDITIONAL $10 charge due to extra time to service these homes. These are additional costs added to our base prices above.
- Monthly packages are pro-rated on a annual (12 month) basis. During “cutting season”, mowing will take place each week. Fall/Winter mowing will take place bi-weekly with property inspections during non-cut weeks. Prices are based on a 4-week month. Package pricing is consistent year round.
- Monthly packages are “maintenance” services. Not included in these package prices are, overgrown lawns, overgrown landscaping, palm trees with excessive debris, raising of the canopy on trees, excessive amount of weeds in mulched/rocked areas and cracks of drive and walk ways. These services require “one time cleanup” charges. Monthly maintenance will commence once all items are in maintainable condition.
